Brief Description:  Vents and G-meters

Using the man-killer hole cutting tool on my drill press I cut the 2" hole for the stein high-dollar aluminum air vent for the office (cockpit). Turned out well. Hardest part was getting the cutter set up properly.

Also, I expected my AFS3500EE to handle G-meter duties, but in reading the manual, the g-meter tops out at 5g's. Might be fine for normal acro, but not good for making sure a structural limit isn't exceeded (or for the test flights for envelope expansion). So I purchased a previously-loved g-meter from a fellow on VAF (should be here soon). So I cut the 2.25" hole in the right subpanel which will be the g-meter's new home.
