Since I plan on putting the airplane on gear this week and Mitchel and his buddy Ki were outside riding the halfpipe ramp (BMX) I used them to help me put the fuse under a taller sawhorse to facilitate the gear installation. Well now it's way up in the air so I went ahead and started putting the legs on, I have 5 of the 9 bolts that hold the gear started. Now that is up so high I'm motivated to get it down - makes me nervous.
Right leg went on first-had to remove some sheetmetal for the outboard bracket
The left side took only :15 or so -went really smoothly.
