-Layed out the hole pattern for the new skin rivets that will attach it to the doubler. -Drilled the holes fromt the previous step. -Layed out the doubler reinforcement rib holes that attach it to the doubler and drilled -Layed out the joggle for the baggage door - carefully... -Cut it out with the dremel and then used the pneumatic belt sander to get it on the line and then blocked it out with 180 grit - turned out good IMHO. -Cut thet baggage door aft rib to allow for the joggle. -Layed out the new hole locations for it. -Cut the doubler and fitted that runs under the baggage door hinge support -Drilled holes in the baggage door for the new aft rib location -Fabricated a stiffner that go across the baggge door below my new joggle and ties to the aft rib -Trimmed the back of the baggage door for the joggle -Layed out and drilled new holes for the understructure changes -Layed out the new stiffner holes in the bagg door and drilled I'm virtually done, just a little bit of fitment and I need to consult the plans and take the steps required for the hinge, latch, etc.
