Brief Description:  Center Canopy Rail #1

Started on the finishing kit today!!! It's not like I'm done with the fuselage, but there is where the two subkits start to merge so I'll be working on both from time to time.
First item was review the instructions and plans for the first task which is the center canopy rail. Well right away I can tell that we have reverted back to the era prior to match-holed technology, the plans are good but not great like I am used to with the fuselage. No worries, I'll just have to take my time and read and re-read each note carefully.
-Found the C805 and C804 pieces that make up the T shaped center canopy rail.
-Used the 3M wheel to profile the end of the C805 per the plan so it will mate up with the F882.
-Layed out the length of the C804 and C805.
-I checked the bend in C804 against the plans and it needed very little tweaking.
-I then layed out the rivet and screw hole pattern in the C804 (thin aluminum strip that makes the top of the T shape). Used red ink to mark the 3/32 holes and blue for the 1/8 (be careful the plans were confusing for me on this).
-Center punched the hole locations
