Mitchel and I finally got around to riveting the fwd bottom skins (F851 and the cooling ramp). Pro seal is req'd on the fwd side so that complicated it slightly. I bucked and he riveted -worked out well. Glad to get it done. The cool thing is I went up to Mike Cencula and helped him rivet his firewall are parts of his empennage on his RV-7A. He airplane is looking awesome and is sure to be one of the best examples of species flying! Made for an almost all day riveting afair between the two airplanes, something I haven't done since last summer! - thanks Mike!
Mitchel standing behind he handy work. The ramp and the two skins adjacent were what we riveted.
A bead of proseal per the plans on each side.
Mike with his polished firewall that turned out perfect!
