Since I need to get my wings out to the wing stands to make room for the landing gear measurements, I move to the seat back since those go together separate from the fuselage (which is upside down at the moment). -Separated F832BL-1 & R-1 (vertical support angles) with the dremel - wouldn't fit on the bandsaw -Trimed the bottom corner off the F832Bs -Deburred the cut areas on the F832Bs -Separated the F832C seatback angles (horizontal) -Deburred the area that was separated (3M wheel) -Removed the tabs from the seatback per the plans (dremel with thin cutoff wheel) -Cut a piece of P3 hinge to 10" leaving the pin at 11" for removal -Marked and drilled 2 1/8" locating holes in the hinge per the plans -Cleco'd the hinge to the seat back and drilled the opposite end 1/8 hole -Cleco'd the support angles, horizontal and vertical, to the seat back
Good progress for a little more than an hours' work.
All of the front seatback parts.
Trimming the F832B per the plans
