Located the parts, not always an easy task and started work on the battery box assembly. -Separated the F877 angles (they come as one piece and the bandsaw separates the twins. -Cleoc'd the angles to the battery box base. -Match drilled #30 holes that attach the base to the angles. -Drilled out the #40 nutplate holes. -Countersunk the nutplates on the back of the battery box. -Countersunk the #10 screw holes (6) in the bottom of the box. I used the largest countersink I had which fit the 10/32 hole well but the results where not good - lots of chatter and the holes are less than perfect. It will fly. -Dissassbled and deburred everything and prepped for primer. Its dark or I would prime the parts now.
