5 solid hours of deburring bliss today (all before 11am I might add). Right now I'm only doing the holes so I'll go back and catch up on any edge deburring that needs done- mostly just the big pieces. Next step is to dimple everything that uses flush rivets (most of it) and then prime. One the bright side, I'm really enjoying a Space Shuttle engineering podcast that I found on iTUNES. It's a couple of years old, but non the less interesting and keeps my brain moving during the hours of boring deburring!
In the end I made good progress and I only have a few parts left to hole deburr.
Removed film from the rivet lines on the aft skins, but I decided it impractical for the rest of skins
