Brief Description:  Tailcone Bulkheads #3

Good session, I worked almost 6 hrs before lunch.

Worked on the tailcone bulkheads first. There is a lot of repetitive steps because you basically do to the same thing to each bulkhead and there are xxx of them. Also Vans sends you a odd looking piece of angle aluminum that is drilled and cut to make into like 5 different parts and mine wasn't matchdrilled on the lower flange so I'll call and get a new one coming monday - no biggee.

It was cleco respective bulkhead together, match drill, uncleco, remove plastic, deburr the holes and the edges (exhaustive amounts of deburring), scuff with scotchbrite, clean with solvent and prime. I did manage to rivet the first two small ones (F-812 and F811). I only got as far as priming the others up to F807 and it is partially through the deburring process. The picture of the plans below makes sense out of the numbers.

Good progress but not much VP.
