This morning I matchdrilled the bottom skins to the seat rib structural assembly. I then disassembed everything and started the process of deburring all of the parts. I must have spent :30 just removing the plastic. Then I rolled the overlap of the skins with the clevaland edge roller(top skin), then I edge deburred all of the parts (except the skins) and started deburring holes and there are lots of holes.
Match drilling the 3/32 (#40) holes.
Rolling the edge of the F-826-1 bottom skins so it sets nice onto the F-827-1.
