-Per the plans I used the drill press to drill the outter most holes in the rear spar attach bulkhead and spar attach bars. First hole was #30 then I inserted the F-805E Spacers and matchdrilled #30 and then I opened up the hole to #12.
-I then match drilled the bulkhead, spar attach bars, seat belt attach lugs and gussets with a #30 drill bit.
Getting the ackward shaped rear spar carry through lined up took some time.
Match drilled the rear spar carry through assembly.
