Snuck back out into the garage again. I didn't a quick calculation and I an about 80hrs short of my goal to do 1hr each and every day on average. So that leads me to a new goal to exceed that original goal by at least 10%.
Anyway......
-I cleco'd the WD-822-R-1 and WD-822-L-1 (box weldments) to their respective gear towers.
-I temporarly bolted the WD-813-1 (bolt weldment) to each gear tower (4 bolts only).
-Temporarily installed a bolt into the corner of the junction between the forward angles, corner angles, and the bolt weldment.
-Match drilled the bolt weldment to #12 per the plans.
-Unbolted the bolt weldment and deburred (both left and right gear boxes).
The hole in the top of the grey corner angle is the one that will be drilled.
Match drilled to #12 (3/16" or AN5)
