This morning I taped off the wing skins for priming. I only prime the inside surface, but to avoid an overspray mess, I tape off the edges and the rivet holes. I then cleaned them with acetone and shot them with 7220 primer (2 coats). It was about 30F, but this stuff doesn't seem to mind - just dries slower. Between coats of primer, I riveted the nutplates onto the pitot tube mast base.
