Brief Description: Installed left fuel tank outboard rib
Same as right tank. Prep, install, rivet, smear extra sealant, & clean -in that order. No big screw up so I'm happy. I noted that I shaved off 12minutes from the rigtht tank install, so it's always easier or in this case faster the 2nd time. Next I need to finish adding sealant strategically inside the tank and then torgue and seal all the AN fittings and the BNC connector and then it's time to do battle with rear baffle. Once that it done the tank is totally finished! I can't wait for that day - Hopefully soon.
Wetting setting the rivets with a dab of sealant on each dimple. Not sure if this helps?
