Went out for a couple of minutes to work on the trailing edge. After looking at things closer I wasn't satisfied with it. It needed to be broke further. I researched the topic on Vansairforce.net and read where a couple of guys have had good success carefully using the hand seamer to fine tune the trailing edge on their control surfaces (THANKS MEL AND CRAIG!) I did it and it worked great! The skin lays completely flat and doesn't spring back when un-cleco'd from the spar and it is very straight. The kids worked on deburring while I was sweating the trailing edge.
Carefully used hand seamer with a towel to "tweak" the trailing edge
No bulge in the trailing edge like before
The skin now lays completely flat against the spar with no clecos installed.
