Frustrating day today. Undoing some fluting that was done prematurely. HS404/HS405 inboard HS ribs call for fluting AFTER the holes are drilled - duh!! So I fixed those and straightened and deburred the remaining HS ribs. Also figured out how I want to attach 404 & 405 to the front spar HS702. The Vans instructions aren't too helpful in this area & many guys have screw'd this up and had to order new ribs and/or spar reinforcements (HS 810/814). Hope tomorrow I make more progress.
