Big day today. Had the whole family helping. Syd was in the plane helping call out the hole alignment, Mitchel and Lisa were the individual wing panels, and I was calling the shots, tugging, and keeping the skins separated. Mary was the photo-journalist, which is why all the pics are from the 3' vantage point :).
All-in-all it went pretty smooth. The biggest hurdle was doing in the confines of my 2+ car garage(it is slightly wider than a normal 2 car by a couple of feet). We ended up with the right wing on and had to move the airplane over a foot to get the left one one (with it on its gear, having just a single wing on is not biggee, no tipping or anything). Mitchel and i did the left wing solo.
I still have a lot to do to get the rear spar drilled and then I'll work on fairings and such while they are on.
