-Bolted the latch onto the right hand roller. Put the canopy back on to test fit it. Looks like no additional trimming required. I then drilled the holes for the roller to attach to the canopy frame. I used pit pin T-handles so I could jettison the canopy in an emergency. I'm happy with the results thus far. The pit pin are slightly long, so I'll put an o ring on the shaft of the pin to keep them from vibrating in and out - won't affect the egress capability. I also worked the pin that engages on the center track as it's rubbing the track slightly- still rubs...
Still need to locate the latch stop hole somewhere along the right canopy rail.
