-Removed the cowl pin retainer cover layup from the cowl (had mylar between the two so they wouldn't stick). -Trimmed out the covers with tin snips and sanding -Marked off the openings in the cowl -Used a hole saw to get started and then a rotary file to trim the holes open -Layed up fiberglass on the inside of the cowl to allow for nutplates for the screws that will hole the covers
