-Pulled the peel ply away from the newly laid up parts of the fairng -Broke the fairing away from the fuselage -Trimmed the part using tin snips (probably not good for my tin snips - oh well I have the dust from the dremel. -I then rough sanded with #36 and reinstalled on the airplane -Drilled the lower fairing attach screw holes and cleco'd it on.
Next step - coat it with dry micro and start the sand - coat - sand - repeat exercise.
