Spent some time hunting around for a flaring tool for the brake and fuel lines. Bill Keener was kind enough to offer his and has a guy from Augusta calling in today, so should be good. Finished off the wing root fairings ready for priming later. Did a heap of small jobs today, trimmed the flaps to the fuselage, took out 2 sections of the flap hinge to allow for removal when the bottom skins are riveted on. Grabbed a 12V battery and gave the flaps a try out. Finished as much as I could on the main control assembly. Very awkward getting hands in there, but done as much as I can. Marked out the firewall penetrations ready for drilling. Will do another check tomorrow before I drill though. Had a look at the airleron trim kit. Will put that in tomorrow.
