Brief Description: Deburred the Right Spar and Ribs Using new Tool.
Wow! Used the Cogsdill Deburring tool on the R Flap skeleton and skins! Only 2 hours to deburr the entire flap! The tool works like a dream. Occisionally, if there is a really bad burr, it will not clean it up but that is one in a couple of hundred holes then just touch up with hand tool. Just pass the tool thru the hole and it deburrs the top side on the way in and the bottom side as it is extracted! Wish I had spent the $60 bucks two years ago!
