Brief Description: Assembling the Left Flap Skeleton.
Setup and riveted the Left Flap Skeleton frame. All went well. I used a Cogsdill Beburring tool that I got off of E-Bay in a batch of A/C tools to deburr the #4 rivet holes on this assy... Wow! went so fast that I almost felt like I was cheating! So I got on the web and ordered a Cogsdill #3 (3/32) bothway deburring tool for the smaller skin rivets... None of the Aircraft supply houses list them so I went to a machinests supply house (MSC Industrial)... l also ordered a 4' lengthe of 6061-t6 2"x2"x.125 angle from them. Good prices, reasonable shipping cost. Well see how the delivery time is...
