Continued fuselage final assembly as follows:
1. Prepped, primed, and riveted upper half of baggage bulkhed.
2. Joined tailcone (less top skins) to center fuselage and riveted per Rans schedule. Center section side skins that wrap to the bottom still need drilling and riveting.
3. Assembled rear stabilator bellcrank and rudder cable pulleys.
4. Installed transponder antenna on LH side of forward tailcone.
