Brief Description: Fitted parts to LH tailcone side skin
Began fitting parts to the LH tailcone skin as follows:
1. Fitted stiffeners and bulkhead sides to skin with cleco's.
2. Fitted stabilator gussets, and associated parts to the skin with cleco's. Cleco'd aft bukhead in place.
3. Discovered a problem with the hole alignment with the corner stiffener in the aft section where it mates with the lower stabilator attach channel and associated parts. Will contact the Rans factory to assess the issue.
4. Drilled a 0.246" hole for the static port as was done on the RH skin. Bonded port into place and left to dry overnight.
