Brief Description: Continued work on LH tailcone side skin

Continued fitting of parts to the LH tailcone side skin as follows: 1. Clamped longeron to upper edged of side skin with cleco clamps. 2. Transfer drilled longeron to #40. 3. Cleco'd LH tailcone top skin to side skin. Transfer drilled holes to #30. 4. Removed top skin and set aside. 5. Trimmed longeron to proper length and to clear rear bulkhead. 6. Set LH side skin aside pending resolution of the corner stringer issue.
