Brief Description: Final assembly of LH flap frame
Completed final assembly of LH flap frame as follows:
1. Deburred all holes, polished edges with a file & scotchbrite wheel, buffed surfaces with a scotchbrite pad. Cleaned all parts with alcohol.
2. Primed all parts with self-etching primer.
3. Assembled frame with clecos and riveted per Rans rivet schedule. Enlarged top and bottom holes on rib station 1 to 3/16" and applied primer to rivet prior to pulling. Also, used AAPQ-42 rivets on hinges instead of AVEX rivets for greater strength.
