Brief Description: Completed initial assembly of RH flap frame

Completed drilling and initial assembly of RH flap frame as follows: 1. Assembled ribs and other parts to spar using 3/32 clecos. 2. Drilled lower rib holes to spar to 3/32. 3. Enlarged all rivet holes to 1/8. 4. Enlarged corner holes on #1 rib and reinforcement plate to 3/16. 5. Marked parts and disassembled for deburring, edge polishing, buffing, and priming.
