Drilled both longerons. Obviously the bottom longeron has holes in one side from the bottom skin so ensured proper placement and started at the aft end where I match drilled the longeron through the small side tail skin holes. The rest of it is easy just making sure the edge of the skin stays properly in the notch of the longeron.
