Brief Description:  Nose Wheel bearing block and steering arms

Back at it after 3 1/2 months down south avoiding winter!!

I noticed the nosewheel was not sitting square on the bearing block and I determined the two tubes that are welded onto the nose gear that rest on the bearing block were not exactly 90* apart!! I'm not sure a new part would be any better so I took quite a while with the dremel to carefully grind down opposite areas on each side of the block so that wheel would not naturally rest in a cockeyed position. It worked.

Then I played around with the steering arms for quite a while, had to file off some of the powder coat material to get the bearing to slide properly onto the welded bolts. I'll be leaving all the adjustments and final hardware until final rigging of the plane, therefore the jam nuts are not tightened and I'm using castle nuts so I can put on and off several times before final. I did liberally apply lithium grease to everything that slides/moves.
