Brief Description: Attached Cabin Floor to Fuselage
Had my friend Jim come to the hangar and hellp attach the cabin floor/sides to the fuse. Went in very easy...remove the large corner gussets first. I found it was a good idea to use clamps on either side, right where the longerons go through. Upsized all the holes to #20, that weren't already done.
The seat pans have to go back in to draw lines where L angles need to be added on each side to support the seats. This was a real task as they didn't want to fit. Turns out that I had to trim each side pretty significantly to get the holes to line up. There was a lot of trial and error...didn't want to trim off too much because then there wouldn't be much for the L angles to attach to. On and off...On and off...finally got em right.
