I'm going to be adding brakes on the co-pilot side, so I went ahead and made the brackets...mirror images of the pilot side except those were supplied by Zenith at 3/32 thickness and I had none of that laying around so I used 1/8th. Same drill as the other side...mark where the intersecting lines are on the bracket, remove it and drill #40, cleco it in place then mark through the hole at the rear of the bracket from underneath, remove and drill...all very carefully, with the brake cylinder attached to help anchor the bracket...keep going and enlarge to #20.
