After some careful planning, I made a study mount that cleco'd into the firewall recess. Then, used a long bolt attached to a stand i had. This would allow me to rotate the fuselage. I also added a "safety strap" that was attached to the ceiling rafters just in case something went wrong, it would not hit the floor. With everthing in place, I removed the center saw horses and simply lifted the tailcone off the rear saw horse. Denise helped me slowly rotate the fuselage untill it was right side up, and i sat it back down on the rear saw horse.
Went very easy, and when i hade a custome "short" saw horse for it to rest on at the 904 bulkhead.
