So, i was not able to find anyone to help with the bottom skin riveting, so I designed a tool to allow me to "Buck" all the bottom skin rivets to the point where it can be finished by hand. The "Tool" holds a standard bucking bar. Uses a steel rod placed between the ribs as a "Fulcrum point", and a bungee cord to supply the needed pressure against the rivet to form the shop head. It was a slow process to position it at each rivet, but it worked even better than expected.
Simply position the bucking bar at the rivet hole. Look through the hole to verify the bar is in position and insert a rivet. Push the rivet down with the rivet gun against the pressure from the Bungee cord". Set the rivet as you normally would. Repeat... Repeat.... Repeat....
And with that, i proved the plans wrong. It "Does NOT require 2 people to rivet the bottom skins".
