Before closing the first wing, I contacted Jim Frisbie, EAA # 9013437. He is a local "Tech Counsoler" that I met at the airport. He inspected my "Empennage" and is also a has build an RV-9a. Just wanted to get a last set of eyes to look things over before closing. Only on small issue he noted which was easily taken care of. The "clearance' on the Aileron control rod where it passes through the rear spar was a little tight. So, i "adjusted" the opening a bit to allow more clearace. I did this on both wings. So, with the inspection completed, and the clearance issue taken care of..... Time to close the L.wing.
