Sealed up the tank and pressurized to inflate the ballon. Let it se for 2 days while monitoring the size of the ballon. (I use a cloth tape measure to check the curcumference.) As before, the only change is size was due to temperature change in the shop. Next, i carefully checked for any leaks with soap and water at all rivets, joints, and fittings. I have found "Bubble Soap" from the toy deptment to work best. All checks good. No Leaks!
