Sanded the edges of the Cowl Duct Interface and then wiped with denatured alcohol. Attached the seal to the interface with clear silicone adhesive. It was tricky attaching the seal to the bottom left corner because there is little surface for the seal to stick to. I had to cut the bottom left corner of the seal to let it straighten out a bit.
