Brief Description: Work on Cooling Duct and Throttle & Choke cables
Sanded the flox epoxy I placed on the oval air inlet of the Cowl Bottom yesterday. Placed the notice label on the Cooling Duct and sealed with epoxy. Filled the remaining open cleco holes in the cowl and duct with flox epoxy mixture. Also placed flox mixture in the gaps between the duct and the cowl and between the Cooling Duct and the Duct Interface. Cut the VA-198 P-Seal into 3 pieces per the plans. I'll have to wait till the epoxy is cured before I can attach the seal onto the Duct Interface.
Secured the Throttle and Choke cables onto the WE-1221 Engine Mount Standoff using 2 cushion clamps. Had some difficulty getting the right position for the clamps and cables so the latter do not touch the WD-1220 Engine Mount Ring. I'll see if their position needs more adjustment when I connect the cables to carburetors.
