Brief Description:  Epoxied the Cooling Duct and Interface to the Cowl

Installed the Oil Cooler Box Assembly on the Cooling Duct. Applied flox epoxy mixture on the Cooling Duct and then clecoed the Cowl Duct Interface in place. Clecoed the Cooling Duct with the Interface onto the Cowl Bottom and applied fiberglass to join the Interface with the Cowl Bottom and the aft upper outboard section of the Cooling Duct with the Cowl Bottom. Drilled extra holes in the flanges of the Cowl Duct into to the Cowl Bottom and placed additional clecoes to hold the Cooling Duct to Cowl Bottom tighter and minimize gaps between the parts. Scraped the excess flox. Installed the bottom and top cowls including the F-1285 Cowl Bottom Close-out. Had some difficulty installing the Cowl Bottom and sliding the bottom hole over the exhaust pipe. The Cowl Bottom does not flex as much with the Cooling Duct installed. Removed another 1/2 inch from the exhaust pipe to facilitate installing the Cowl Bottom. There is still 4 1/2 inches of pipe length remaining from the Cowl Bottom.
