Brief Description:  Pitot Interconnect, Cooler Cable & Prop Spacer wor

Worked on the CT A-740 Black Cable to the Cooler Box Door Assembly again. After several trial and error placements, I was able to get the black knob to stay close to the instrument panel by wrapping the cable only to the outside teeth of the F-00002 Friction Comb. Secured the Cabin Heat Cable by bending the cotter pins and safety-wiring the cable to the left outboard cushion clamp. Place additional zip ties to secure the wires around the engine.

47-02: Cut an inch length of plastic tubing to make the FF-1217 Pitot Interconnect and connected the Pitot Tube to the FF-1216 Pitot Line. Safety-wired the Pitot Interconnect to the two connections.

47-03: Disassembled the Spinner and the Hub Mount Half from the prop shaft and added one spacer. Re-assembled the parts and installed the Bottom and Top Cowls to check the gap between the Spinner and Cowl. The space is approximately 3/16 (at the top) to 4/16 (at the bottom). Will ask other builders if the space is sufficient. I could still add additional spacers if needed.

46-16: Tightened the bolt connecting the WH-151 Engine Ground Cable and applied Red RTV where the cable touches the battery. Applied RTV where wires and tubings are contacting other parts to prevent damage.

When I installed the Bottom Cowl I noticed the bottom tip of the FF-1218 Oil Tank Bent Tube is very close to the cowl. I'll trim the tube later to match the length of the FF-01225 Fuel Drain Hose.
