Brief Description: Relocated Regulator, Redo of Cable to Cooler Door
46-21 and -22: Relocated the Rectifier Regulator from the Firewall Shelf to the bottom of the Panel Base. Disconnected the wires from the 965-349 Connector Housing, re-routed them under the Panel Base and re-connected them to the housing. Attached the housing to the regulator. Applied heat conductive grease to the regulator bottom before bolting to the Panel Base. Re-installed the fan on top of the Panel Base. This was easier than I expected.
49-09 and -10: Disassembled the cable assembly to the Cooler Box Door and trimmed the cable sheath and wire. Reassembled the cable and the attachment to the Cooler Door and I still could not get the knob to stay close to the F1202A Instrument Panel. It springs back even after repositioning of the cushion clamps and cable. When I was able to get it close to the instrument panel, the Cooler Box Door would not close tightly. I will work on this again later.
