I got a replacement stainless steel hinge from Aircraft Spruce and cut pieces to make the F-1206A and F-1206B Cooler Box Hinges. Match-drilled #40 holes into the F-1206B Hinge and deburred and countesunk the holes. This was slow. Stainless steel does not cut easily compared to aluminum. Dimpled the #40 holes in the F-1205 Cooler Box Door.
