Brief Description: Riveted nutplates to spinner parts
Trimmed the S-1202C Gap Fillers some more to ensure there is adequate clearance from the propeller. Removed the spinner, front spinner bulkhead, propeller, spinner plate and hub mount half. Drilled # 40 holes into the Gap Fillers and S-1202 Spinner Plate. Made four S-1202B Back Plates and match-drilled holes into the spinner, gap fillers and the back plates. Trimmed, radiused and deburred the back plates. Final-drilled #19 holes into the spinner, back plates, spinner plate and front spinner bulkhead for the nutplates. Drilled #40 holes for the rivet attach holes and countersunk them. Riveted the nutplates to the back plates, spinner plate and front spinner bulkhead.
