Brief Description: Positioned spinner and drilled holes into plates
Removed the propeller, spinner, hub, spinner plate and front spinner bulkhead. Deburred the holes in the spinner plate and front spinner bulkhead. Re-installed the prop and set at “high pitch” and torqued the bolts to 19 ft-lbs. Clamped the spinner to the spinner plate and adjusted the spinner until there was no significant movement (>1/16 inch) from the edge of a ruler positioned approximately center of the pitot tube hole.
Match-drilled 4 holes into the spinner and S-1203 Front Spinner Bulkhead. Used a #40 drill bit first and final-drilled to #30. Drilled holes through the spinner and the S-1202 Spinner Plate, initially #40 and then #30, and then clecoed the spinner to the Plate. Trimmed and sanded the spinner overhang aft of the spinner plate.
