Brief Description: Installed Exhaust System, trimmed gap fillers
48-02 to -05: Started work on Section 48: Exhaust System. Installed the 4 cylinder exhause pipes (EXH-1201 to 1204) to the engine and connected them to the EXH-1205 Muffler Assembly. Applied Loctite Heavy Duty Anti-Seize compound to the ball joint receptacles on the Muffler Assembly. Torqued the exhaust stud nuts to 120 in-lbs. Installed the Bottom Cowl and there is good clearance between the exhaust pipe and the sides of the hole in the cowl but a some trimming may be needed. Will complete this section later.
Skipped some steps with the spinner installation until I'm certain about the fitting of the cowling.
47-05: Trimmed the S-1202C Gap Fillers to match the template and sanded the edges. Will need to do more trimming later after the spinner is installed.
