Brief Description: Check carb bowls, installed all parts for W&B
PAP G6-1, Rotax Line Maintenance Manual Chap 10.4: Removed the carburetor bowls to check for debris. I had to remove the air filters and the tie wraps securing the various lines so I could better access the carbs. On the right side I had to disconnect the oil return line also. The carburetor bowls were clean and there was no debris.
I let the floats dry for a few minutes and weighed them. Each float weighed exactly 3 grams and they meet specifications (<7 grams per pair). Re-installed the bowls and carburetors and safety wired the air filters. Checked the engine again and there were no visible leaks.
In preparation for Weight and Balance I installed the Baggage Floor Cover (F-1229), both bottom and top cowls, F-1230 Tunnel Cove, F-12-4 Step Floor Cover, carpet and the optional Map Box. The aircraft is fully assembled and ready for weighing.
