Continuing work on the nose wheel fairing. Countersunk the holes for the nutplate rivets on the U-00005A Wheel Fairing Front. Sanded the edges of the Nose Wheel Fairing Fwd and Aft for better fit. Bent the U-00006B Splince Strips. Final- and match-drilled holes to size #19 in the U-00005B Nose Wheel Fairing Aft. Attached the U-00006A-1 Wheel Fairing Bracket to the Splice Strip and final-drilled #40 the nutplate rivet attach holes. Bent the bracket for better fit. Dimpled the nutplate rivet attach holes. Roughened/sanded the part of the splice strips that overlap the Nose Wheel Fairing Fwd. Also dimpled the nutplates that will be riveted.
