Brief Description: Nose Fork Upgrade and Wheel Fairing work
Got hardware from Van's. Installed the 5/16-24 X 3/4 Cap screws to the WD-01230-1 Nose Fork. Riveted the U-00006E-1 Fairing Mount Brackets to the Nose Fork and then riveted K-1000-08 nutplates on the brackets.
Trimmed the edges of the U-00005A and U-00005B Nose Wheel Fairings to the scribe lines and sanded the edges. Deburred the U-00006B Splice Strips, bent them and clecoed to the U-0005A Fairing Front. Match-drilled holes in the fairings. Dirlled 1 inch holes at the side of the fairing per the plans.
