Brief Description:  Tech Counselor visit, installed tie down ring

Did major clean up of the hangar in preparation for upcoming inspections. Tech Counselor, Ken Harrill, came and recommended putting more tie wraps around wires that can be affected by vibration. He noted there was a scratching sound when the stabilator leading edge is in the full down position (Stick is full aft). It seems the stabilator counterweight may be touching F-1210 Frame in the Tailcone. I will check later with a borescope. He did not find any significant issues.

Removed the top spark plugs (all plugs now removed) and rotated the prop 20+ times to let oil drain from the cylinders. I spoke with a Rotax IRMT and A&P who recommended it prior to engine start. Cleaned the spark plug threads to remove the old heat transfer paste. It seems I applied too much of it after reviewing a video by Brian Carpenter of Rainbow Aviation. Also cleaned the spark plug holes. Re-installed the plugs and torqued them.

Trimmed 1/2 inch from the tie down ring for the Tailcone.

PAP G1-2: Tried to move the airplane while the Tech Counselor was stepping on the brakes and they are working. No leaks noted after testing.
