Brief Description: Worked on radio again, checked headset jacks
PAP G1-1, 42G: Tried the radio again and the same problem continues. Even tried a different headset (newer David Clark, stereo) from another pilot without improvement.
Pulled the wings from the fuselage and removed the F-00032 Fuselage Side Covers. Tightened the screws around the headset jacks. Drilled a ΒΌ inch hole in a new Fuselage Side Cover that could be used for tubing for an AOA if I decide to install later. Inserted a snap bushing in the hole.
